Inside a Pack Factory Built for OEM Audits
Eight pack lines across two sites, around 100,000 kWh of monthly output, and one non-negotiable rule: every pack is aged seven days and end-of-line tested before it ships. Walk the stations below — or book a live camera tour and watch them run.

Station 01 · Cell Sorting
Cell Sorting & IQC
Prismatic cells ride carriers into the sorter, which grades capacity, IR and open-circuit voltage. Matched groups leave within a 20 mV window; rejects bin out — the number buyers quote back to us most often.
Incoming cells are triple-sorted by capacity, internal resistance and voltage; matched groups hold a ≤20 mV spread with ≤5% IR deviation. Off-grade cells are culled before the line — only A-grade EVE LF280K (≤0.25 mΩ) and CATL 314Ah enter production.
Deep Dive · Joining
Why Laser Welding Decides Pack Consistency
A cell lot graded to ≤0.25 mΩ internal resistance is only as good as the joints that connect it. Resistance spot welding scatters joint resistance across a busbar; laser welding holds it in a narrow band — the difference shows up years later as capacity divergence between parallel strings.
- Grade continuity — EVE LF280K cells arrive at ≤0.25 mΩ with lot capacity/IR reports; the weld must not undo that grading.
- Joint proof — pull-test coupons cut from every batch; weld current, depth and pulse log tied to the station ID.
- Module gate — each 16S stack is checked for voltage balance (≤20 mV) before BMS mating.
- Traceability — one barcode per module links cell lot, weld log, aging curve and end-of-line results for the life of the pack.
Station 06 · Aging
Aging — 7 Days
Rows of cabinets hold every pack at full charge for 7 days. Self-discharge outliers are flagged against DOE screening curves — the cheapest warranty claim is the one caught before shipment.
Every pack stands fully charged in the aging cabinets for seven days. Self-discharge curves are screened against design-of-experiment limits to catch early-life failures before they reach a container.
Process Chain
The 8-Step Pack Line in Six Stations
Sorting, insulation, welding, module build, BMS, aging, end-of-line test, pack-out — the standard 8-step chain, shown as the six stations a buyer actually audits.

Insulation & Module Build
Cells receive insulation fixings and stack into 16S modules — 51.2V 100Ah, 5.12 kWh — on holder trays. Layer voltage is verified at each stack level before a module moves on.
Laser Welding
Busbars are laser-welded to cell terminals — joint consistency is why laser beats resistance spot welding on large prismatic packs. Pull-test samples are cut from every production batch.
BMS Integration & Functional Test
The BMS is mated, flashed and verified: protection thresholds, balancing function, and CAN/RS485 traffic checked against the inverter protocol the order specifies.

100% End-of-Line Test & Pack-Out
Open-circuit voltage, internal resistance, capacity verification and insulation withstand — measured on every unit, not a sample. Passed packs are sealed into UN 4G dangerous-goods cartons.
Export Compliance
Dangerous-Goods Packaging & Transport Files
Lithium batteries ship as Class 9 dangerous goods. Sea freight runs under IMDG with P903 packaging; air freight follows PI965 with state of charge set to 30%. The paperwork below is prepared in-house and issued with every shipment.
Air-freight orders ship at SoC ≤30% under PI965 — cargo aircraft only. From 2026, UN3481 (batteries packed with or in equipment) carries the same 30% limit by air.
