Privacy Policy
When you request a quote, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company, country, product interest and inquiry details. We use this only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation and, where you proceed, to process and deliver your order.
We keep inquiry and order records for the time needed to serve the account and meet legal and warranty obligations. Our storage products carry a 5-year product warranty and a 10-year performance warranty, and we retain the records needed to honor those commitments.
This site may use cookies to remember basic preferences and to understand aggregate traffic. Cookies do not give us access to your device beyond the data described here, and you can control or delete them through your browser at any time.
We share data only with the parties required to deliver your order — for example freight carriers and logistics providers for UN38.3-compliant shipments, and payment processors for invoicing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to sales@ems-ess.com. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period.
Terms of Use
This website and its content are provided for business-to-business information about EMS-ESS energy storage systems — wall-mounted, stackable and rack-cabinet LiFePO4 storage plus GTB microinverters. Nothing on this site is a binding offer; it is an invitation to request a quotation.
Orders are formed when we confirm a written quotation and the applicable payment terms. Prices, lead times, Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP or DAP) and minimum order quantities are agreed per order and confirmed in writing before production begins.
All content on this site, including text, images, product names and the EMS-ESS brand, is the property of EMS-ESS or its licensors. You may not reproduce it for commercial use without our written permission.
Our products are warranted for 5 years (product) and 10 years (performance) as described in the product documentation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws agreed in your order. We prefer to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation first; please raise concerns with sales@ems-ess.com before pursuing other remedies.
