The replacement case is arithmetic, not opinion. Lead-acid still holds 81.5% of the RV battery market in 2025, and it delivers 300–500 cycles at 50% usable depth. A 12V 200Ah LiFePO4 drop-in at 41.75 lbs weighs about one-third of the same-capacity lead-acid bank, delivers 95%+ usable depth at 99% coulombic efficiency, and is warrantied for 4,000+ cycles.
