Built Around 21700 Cells and In-House BMS
Europe sells roughly 5.1 million e-bikes a year, and the global e-bike battery market is on track from $12.3B in 2025 to $46.1B by 2035. Packs built on the 2020–2023 sales wave are now entering their 3–5 year replacement window — which is why OEMs and fleet operators buy against a cell brand and a BMS spec, not a catalog photo.
- Cell options — Samsung 50G 5000mAh or LG 4800mAh 21700 for energy density; A-grade 18650 for cost builds; LFP custom where 2,000+ cycles beat weight.
- In-house BMS — 20A, 30A, 45A, 60A or 80A boards with five to six protection layers: overcharge, overdischarge, short circuit, overcurrent and temperature.
- Discharge ratings — 20–40A continuous with 35–45A+ peaks, matched to 250W–1500W motors.
- Fast charge — 0.5C charging returns 50% capacity in 2.5 hours (measured on the 48V 20Ah reference build).
- Environment — -20°C to 60°C operation; a 48V 20Ah pack weighs about 4.8 kg.

Requirement Review
Send motor power, mounting envelope, range target and annual volume. An engineer replies within 24 hours with the platform match — series count, cell brand and BMS class.
Proposal & Sampling
Cell configuration, BMS profile, enclosure drawing and quotation in 2 working days. Sample packs follow in 15–20 days in your chosen format and connector set.
Validation
Samples run your duty cycle: fast-charge profiling, temperature tracking and vibration screening, with EN 15194 and IEC 62133-2 test alignment documented for your file.
Production & Export
30% deposit starts the line; 100–500 units deliver in ~15 working days. UN38.3, MSDS and Class 9 documentation ship with every order — sea freight by default, air at 30% SoC under PI965.
